    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p style=\"text-align:center;\">&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 20pt;font-family: Times New Roman;\">Maintenance Technician</span>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Times New Roman;\">Primary Function:</span>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"color: black;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Times New Roman;\">The primary function of the Maintenance Technician is to assist the Maintenance Supervisor in attending to the maintenance needs of the property and completing Make-Readys for efficient turnover.&nbsp;</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Times New Roman;\">The Maintenance Technician follows all policies and procedures established by the Community Manager and Lockwood Management.</span> &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Times New Roman;\">Typical Duties:</span>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Symbol;\">&middot;</span> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Times New Roman;\">Process all resident service requests in a timely manner.&nbsp;</span>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Symbol;\">&middot;</span> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Times New Roman;\">Create and maintain a customer centered service culture by demonstrating proactive hospitality with prospects, residents, family members and fellow community associates.&nbsp;</span>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Symbol;\">&middot;</span> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Times New Roman;\">Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, concrete, masonry and landscaping items, as necessary.&nbsp;</span> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Times New Roman;\">Perform scheduled preventative maintenance duties.&nbsp;</span>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Symbol;\">&middot;</span> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Times New Roman;\">Perform turnover of apartments, including cleaning, painting, carpet shampooing and other repairs as necessary.&nbsp;</span>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Symbol;\">&middot;</span> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Times New Roman;\">Maintain all buildings, common areas and grounds in a safe manner.
