Senior Associate, Enterprise Account Management - Restaurants

About the Team The DoorDash Enterprise team is responsible for the strategic vision, acquisition, and development of the largest restaurant groups in North America. Given the scale of our key partners, this role is a critical piece of DoorDash’s growth and success in every market in which we operate. About the Role The Senior Associate role on the Mid Market pod of our Enterprise Account Management Restaurants team is responsible for the management & performance of all of the strategic Enterprise Merchant accounts within an individual book of business. On our Mid Market pod, this is typically an average of 6 total Merchant accounts, but can vary in total count based on total GMV and strategic importance to DoorDash. Success in this role is measured in a few ways for this role: It is measured through various metric-based Enterprise goals that are focused on driving product saturation in a partnership (i.e. store activations, product adoption, etc). It is measured in the strength of the partnership via Merchant sales, strategic initiatives, and a Merchant’s depth of investment into the partnership. Base salary is localized according to employee work location. In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for sales commission. For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
