This role ensures smooth handling of goods, accurate documentation, timely reporting, and effective coordination with internal teams and external partners.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The responsibilities would include but not limited to:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The role is responsible for coordinating inbound warehouse activities to ensure the efficient receipt, storage and documentation of incoming shipments. The role involves planning container offloading based on stock and sales requirements, allocating warehouse space for incoming shipments, coordinating with transporters and liaising with the logistics team. The officer also communicates shipment schedules to warehouse staff and provides packing lists to support effective offloading and space planning.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The position maintains accurate operational records by updating Delivery Orders and Inter-Branch Transfers, maintaining container offloading documentation, uploading container photos and reporting discrepancies to the finance team. Inventory responsibilities include barcode scanning of inbound stock with serial number tracking, updating product information, maintaining stock levels and conducting cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The role also supports logistics coordination, including reporting container damage, updating port authorities on truck arrivals and arranging internal stock transfers.
