          "text": "<p>As we launch our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) journey, we are strengthening our sustainability practices to meet the evolving expectations of our customers and partners. We are looking for a detail-oriented <strong>Environmental &amp; LMS Coordinator</strong> to support ESG initiatives, help build and implement our ESG framework, manage customer pre-qualification platforms, and coordinate training activities, including LMS administration, in partnership with the EHSQ team.</p><p><strong>What&#xa0;you’re&#xa0;responsible for:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Establishing and maintaining internal systems to collect, organize, and manage ESG data across environmental, social, and governance areas.</li><li>Leading the development and implementation of ESG policies, procedures, and reporting frameworks while tracking performance indicators.</li><li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data for ESG submissions, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Managing customer and stakeholder submissions (e.g., EcoVadis, Avetta, ISN, Cognibox) while supporting performance score improvements.</li><li>Partnering with Marketing and Communications to develop ESG content and ensuring accuracy while preventing greenwashing.</li><li>Supporting LMS administration, including user management, system access, training records, and reporting within platforms such as Dayforce.</li><li>Coordinating EHS training activities by managing learner lists, tracking attendance, and facilitating in-class and e-learning sessions.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>To join our team:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>You have a Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Communications, or a related field.&#xa0;</li><li>You have 2+&#xa0;years of experience in ESG and sustainability&#xa0;within an industrial company.</li><li>You have experience with customer pre-qualification platforms (e.g.,&#xa0;Ecovadis, Avetta,&#xa0;ISN,&#xa0;Cognibox,&#xa0;etc).</li><li>You have experience supporting or administering a Learning Management System (LMS); experience with HRIS platforms such as Dayforce is an asset.&#xa0;</li><li>You have strong data management and organizational skills, with proficiency in Excel and reporting/dashboard tools.</li><li>You have excellent communication skills with an understanding of sustainability practices, including awareness of greenwashing.</li></ul><p><span>&#xa0;</span></p>",
