    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Strategy Analyst</strong></p>\n<p>(Hybrid)</p>\n<p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></p>\n<p>Michael Baker International is seeking a Strategy Analyst to join our team in Alexandria, VA. This is a hands-on role, with the opportunity to execute core strategic work across enterprise and business group priorities. You will focus on building analyses, conducting research, developing models, and producing executive-ready materials that directly support C-suite decision-making.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>\n<p>Strategic Execution</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare and maintain enterprise and business group strategic plans, including annual planning&nbsp;<br>\n  materials, strategic initiatives, and performance tracking&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Execute assigned components of strategic initiatives, including market assessments, growth analyses,&nbsp;<br>\n  and operational reviews&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Track progress against strategic priorities and prepare status updates and summaries for executive&nbsp;<br>\n  review&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Analytical Modeling &amp; Insights</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Build and maintain financial, operational, and scenario-based models to support strategic decisions&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Analyze business performance data, market size, growth trends, and investment scenarios&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Produce charts, tables, dashboards, and written summaries that clearly communicate findings to senior&nbsp;<br>\n  leaders</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Market &amp; Industry Research</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Research, monitor, and analyze industry trends, competitive dynamics, regulatory changes, and&nbsp;<br>\n  macroeconomic factors impacting the AEC industry</li>\n <li>Compile competitive intelligence, benchmarking analyses, and briefing materials&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Maintain libraries of market research, data sources, and recurring reports</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Executive &amp; Marketing Support</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop executive-ready presentations, memos, and briefing decks for C-suite and board-facing&nbsp;<br>\n  discussions&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Partner with the Marketing Communications team to translate enterprise strategy into internal and&nbsp;<br>\n  external messaging, fact bases, and narratives&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Support preparation of strategy-related content for town halls, leadership meetings, and external&nbsp;<br>\n  communications</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Collaboration &amp; Coordination</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work directly with C-suite leaders to gather inputs, respond to requests, and refine analyses&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Coordinate with finance, operations, marketing, and business leaders to collect data and validate&nbsp;<br>\n  assumptions&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, executive-facing&nbsp;<br>\n  environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You'll Need to Succeed:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelors Degree, MBA preferred</li>\n <li>3+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate development, or strategic&nbsp;<br>\n  planning</li>\n <li>Proven ability to own work products from research through final delivery&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Strong quantitative and analytical skills with hands-on modeling experience&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data analysis tools&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Experience within or serving the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry strongly&nbsp;<br>\n  preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>\n<p>The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $135,000.
