We champion diversity, inclusion, and big ideas because we believe that every perspective makes our product better.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #25507a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What you will bring to Rayn as a AI Intern </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #25507a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">As an AI Intern you will work alongside Rayn's engineering, program, and leadership teams to design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools and products.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #25507a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience building with large language models and AI development tools, strong engineering fundamentals, and an interest in applying technology to solve real world problems. </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #25507a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Design and build AI-powered applications including agentic workflows, conversational interfaces, and intelligent automation systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #25507a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Work with voice and language technologies for Urdu and regional languages, building tools accessible to low-literacy and non-technical users.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #25507a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Develop data pipelines and AI integrations that connect with existing health information systems and operational workflows.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #25507a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Build internal AI tools that improve organizational efficiency across reporting, data quality assurance, and knowledge management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #25507a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Participate in user research to understand end-user contexts and constraints.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #25507a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, public health, business development, and communications.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #25507a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #25507a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Recent graduate in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #25507a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Demonstrated experience building applications using large language model APIs (Claude, GPT-4, Gemini, or equivalent).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #25507a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Proficiency in Python.
