Our teams are experienced specialists trained by Pilatus who look after our </span><span>aircraft</span><span> to the highest standards</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Responsibilities</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Assist the Compliance &amp; Safety Manager in managing and </span><span>maintaining</span><span> the </span><span>c</span><span>ompliance </span><span>a</span><span>udit </span><span>p</span><span>lan, </span><span>including audit scheduling, findings tracking, corrective action monitoring, and close-out</span><span>;</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Conduct independent compliance audits across internal and contracted/subcontracted activities, ensuring alignment with </span><span>LBA, </span><span>EASA Part 145 regulations and internal procedures</span><span>;</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>S</span><span>upport </span><span>internal </span><span>departments in </span><span>the preparation of </span><span>Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and verify root cause analyses, corrective/preventive actions, and their effective implementation within defined timelines</span><span>;</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Draft, revise, and </span><span>maintain</span><span> the Maintenance </span><span>Organisation</span><span> Exposition (MOE) and associated manual suite in line with EASA/LBA requirements and operational reality; </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Administer the Safety Management Syste</span><span>m</span><span>, including occurrence and hazard reporting, risk assessment records, and Safety Review Board (SRB) materials;</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span> </span><span>A</span><span>ctively promote a Just Culture and develop Safety Promotion activities across the </span><span>organisation</span><span>;</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Maintain and administer the </span><span>Centrik</span><span> compliance</span><span> and safety</span><span> database, coordinate refresher training for relevant staff, and support the </span><span>organization</span><span> during Competent Authority oversight activities</span><span>;</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Manage staff </span><span>license</span><span> applications and renewals with the relevant authorities and coordinate On-the-Job Training (OJT) </span><span>programmes</span><span> to support the development of future certifying staff</span><span>;</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Identify</span><span> and recommend improvements to Compliance &amp; Safety processes, contributing to the continuous enhancement of the </span><span>organization's</span><span> Management System</span><span>;</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Travel to different </span><span>organizational</span><span> entities as </span><span>required</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Experience:</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Minimum </span><span>2</span><span> years of professional experience within an EASA environment (Compliance Monitoring, Safety, Maintenance)</span><span>;</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Minimum </span><span>1</span><span> years of professional experience in audit activities within </span><span>an</span><span> </span><span>main</span><span>tenance</span><span> </span><span>organisation</span><span> is considered an advantage</span><span>;</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Previous</span><span> experience in Business Aviation would be considered an asset.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Language </span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Fluent English (both written and spoken). </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ger</span><span>man</span><span><span> </span></span><span>would be a plus. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>",
