    "description": "<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Pharmacy Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with our pharmacists to assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications, provide excellent customer service, and support various pharmacy operations. Ensure compliance with legal and organizational documentation standards.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Collaboration:</span> Work closely with healthcare providers to discuss and resolve medication-related issues. Collaborate with other pharmacy staff and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Inventory Management:</span> Oversee inventory levels, including ordering and stocking medications. Ensure proper storage and handling of pharmaceutical products.<br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compliance:</span> Adhere to all state and federal regulations, including maintaining confidentiality and following ethical practices.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Quality Assurance:</span> Participate in quality assurance programs to ensure the highest standards of pharmaceutical care and safety.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education:</span> High School Diploma or GED</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Licensure:</span> Valid and active pharmacy technician license in Michigan. NOTE: License not required to apply, but employees in this position will be expected to obtain a pharmacy license within one year of starting. </li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span> Experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred (not required). Experience in community pharmacy is a plus.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills:</span> Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Personal Attributes:</span> Detail-oriented, empathetic, and committed to providing exceptional patient care.
