Work Arrangement: Onsite Work Term: 4 Months (Sept. 2026 - Dec. 2026) Compensation At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, with a commitment to transparency in our pay practices. The hourly pay range for this position is $21.80 - $27.00. Individual pay within this range is determined by several compensable factors, including the year of study, type of academic program, and the number of prior co-op work terms completed. Join Our Team as a Project Management Assistant (Co-op)! The Project Management Assistant will be working closely with team members in providing support for documentation and reporting on project information and key progress indicators. Key Responsibilities: Develop tools in Excel that will assist in measuring and reporting on project performance Support Project Management Team projects: exposure to scheduling, budgets, project management techniques and processes Report on project developments and metrics Provide necessary support to project managers Manage short-duration projects from initial concept to implementation Assist in the identification and development of processes to improve project reporting practices What you’ll Need To Succeed: Post-secondary student currently enrolled in Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering or a similar field. Eligible for a 4 month co-op work term starting in Fall 2026 Excellent verbal communication skills A team player who is also able to work independently under the supervision of a senior team member Structured problem-solving experience Quick learner Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, with emphasis on Excel Experience with working in a technical environment is an asset Physical Effort: Normal or frequent minor physical effort required for the day-to-day activity in the workplace. May involve standing, sitting, walking, climbing stairs and lifting/moving/using objects or equipment up to 20lbs. Work Environment: Acceptable working environment with minor or almost no disagreeable or challenging working conditions as part of everyday expected levels (all jobs will occasionally experience undesirable or disagreeable events).
