Perform departmental safety audits<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Train associates on stations and change points to OMS, and provide feedback<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Actively participate in defect investigation<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Gather information on equipment, system operation and quality problems and prepares recommendations for countermeasures<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Verify completion of department 5S Expectations<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Complete rework and follow rework procedure<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Complete daily rotation board schedule<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Complete off line tasks and follow off line procedures<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist Team Leader by tracking data in a standardized format.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Encourage and foster associate engagement through daily communication, coaching and by creating new engagement activities and opportunities<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Work on-line as needed to support absenteeism and associate relief<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Participate in DENSO Quality Circle program<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Learn, follow and coach DENSO policies and procedure</p>",
