They operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, helping shape what should be built, why it matters, and how it comes to life across their product area(s).</p>\n<p>This is a senior individual contributor role with influence across multiple initiatives. The Senior Product Designer plays a critical role in elevating product quality, shaping design direction, and driving measurable outcomes for both customers and the business.</p>\n<h2><strong>What you’ll own</strong></h2>\n<p>In this role, the Senior Product Designer is accountable for delivering high-quality design outcomes that drive business and user impact.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Own the design of one or more product areas, with success measured by usability, cohesion, and alignment with product goals</li>\n <li>Be accountable for translating product strategy into actionable, scalable design solutions, measured by adoption, quality, and minimal rework</li>\n <li>Drive impact through design leadership by:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Shaping solutions that balance user needs, business priorities, and technical constraints</li>\n  <li>Using research, feedback, and analytics to inform design decisions and improve experiences</li>\n  <li>Guiding other designers and contributing to stronger design consistency and quality across initiatives</li>\n  <li>Advocating for the user perspective across cross-functional teams</li>\n  <li>Influencing product direction through well-reasoned, user-centered recommendations</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>How you’ll grow here</strong></h2>\n<p>Growth at Dealer-FX comes from expanding ownership, refining product judgment, and mastering increasingly complex challenges. Work is iterative and collaborative, and communication is grounded in rationale and clear explanations of trade-offs.</p>\n<h2><strong>What you bring</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience designing complex, end-to-end product experiences in a SaaS or digital product environment</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple design initiatives within one or more product areas</li>\n <li>Strong product thinking and ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints</li>\n <li>Experience using research, data, and insights to inform design decisions and influence product outcomes</li>\n <li>Proven ability to lead design work through influence, collaborating across Product, Engineering, and other teams</li>\n <li>Experience mentoring or guiding other designers, contributing to quality and consistency across work</li>\n <li>Strong systems thinking and familiarity with design systems and standards</li>\n <li>Effective communication skills, including articulating design rationale and trade-offs</li>\n <li>Mindset focused on quality, iteration, and continuous improvement</li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Who We Are</strong></h2>\n<p>Dealer-FX builds software that helps automotive retailers run their service operations more efficiently and deliver better experiences to their customers.
