          "text": "<p><b>Job Title: Oracle Business Systems Analyst<br />Location: Richfield, MN (Local Candidates Only)<br />Position Type: Contract 6+ Month on C2C<br /><br />Interview Mode: Phone + F2F (On-site interview required after a phone screen)</b><br /><br /><br /><b>Skills Overview:</b><br />What are the MUST have skills that you are looking for in a candidate?<br />8+ years of relevant experience<br />Experience in Oracle EBS Human Resources and Payroll IT projects over a minimum of 5 years with Oracle EBS modules listed doing requirements, design, configuration, and testing (i.e. not just system maintenance or minor enhancements).  Experience with Agile methodology a plus.<br />Looking for someone who has exclusively done this work, instead of someone wanting to get into this work.<br />What are the technologies and the depth of the technologies that a candidate must have in order to be successful in this role?<br />Must have a minimum of 5 years with Oracle EBS HR and Payroll <br />What are the soft skills that you feel candidates must-have in order to be successful in this role?<br />Strong written &amp; verbal communication.
