    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><b>Behavioral Health Therapist IV&nbsp;</b></span></p>\n<p>Inova Fairfax Life with Cancer&nbsp;is looking for a dedicated Behavioral Health Therapist IV to join the Behavioral Health team. The&nbsp;Behavioral Health Therapist IV will be the survivorship program coordinator for PLWC survivorship programs.&nbsp; Preference for candidates with Sexual Health expertise to support the oncology population through individual and couples counseling in the SH space.&nbsp; It serves as clinical expert providing a range of therapeutic services, psychoeducational programming and behavioral interventions to assist the client in achieving progress towards the goals and objectives of individualized treatment plans. Assesses and diagnoses mental health and/or substance use disorders through a bio/psycho/social department specific and evidenced based assessment identifying patient and family goals/needs. Crisis Prevention Institute within 6 months of hire. CPI in-person training for non-violent crisis intervention, receive CPI blue card within 6 months of hire.</li>\n <li><b>Licensure:</b> Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP), or Licensed Substance Abuse Professional (LSATP).
