      "content": "\n<li>Greet every customer warmly and create a positive first impression</li>\n<li>Process sales transactions at our Quick Sale counter using including credit card payments and cash handling</li>\n<li>Handle bulk material calculations and unit conversions with accuracy and confidence</li>\n<li>Ask clarifying questions to understand customer needs and point them toward the right team member when needed</li>\n<li>Explain basic product and service information to help customers make informed buying decisions</li>\n<li>Keep the checkout area clean, stocked, and organized at all times</li>\n<li>Support the sales floor by stocking shelves, observing inventory levels, and notifying the Inventory Manager of low or missing items</li>\n<li>Follow all safety standards, cash handling, and register reconciliation procedures</li>\n<li>Support general housekeeping efforts in the store and employee break areas</li>\n<li>Maintain excellent attendance and a strong work ethic every day.</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>At least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.</li>\n<li>Ability to stay organized, alert, and upbeat in a fast-moving environment</li>\n<li>A team player who’s willing to jump in and help wherever it’s needed, who LOVES serving people.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n<li>Proficient math skills—you’re comfortable making quick calculations and giving accurate change to customers.</li>\n<li>Comfortable using basic computer programs, including point of sale software.</li>\n<li>Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently when needed</li>\n<li>Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs and stand throughout your shift</li>\n<li>Perform volume and area calculations using a material calculator</li>\n<li>Flexible with shift scheduling, including availability</li>\n"
