          "text": "<p><a href=\"http://www.ingramcontent.com/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Ingram Content Group (ICG)</strong></a><strong>&#xa0;</strong>is hiring forklift Associates to start&#xa0;&#xa0;with our&#xa0;<strong>Operations&#xa0;</strong>team in&#xa0;<strong>La Vergne, TN.</strong></p><p><em>Want to join a key team that helps the world read?</em></p><p>At Ingram, the Operations team serves a key role within the organization.&#xa0; We ensure that our distribution centers and warehouse facilities function at maximum efficiency.&#xa0;&#xa0; Safety is a core value in our distribution environment.&#xa0; We emphasize this through training, education and accident prevention programs.&#xa0; Process Improvement is another core value, and through innovations such as voice and Radio Frequency (RF) technologies, as well as feedback from our associates, we work toward constant improvement.&#xa0;</p><p>The world is reading, and it is our goal to connect as many people as possible to the content they want in the simplest ways.&#xa0; If you want to be part of a customer-centric team that strives for excellence, collaboration, innovation, we can’t wait to meet you!</p><p><strong>What You Need:</strong></p><ul><li>Certification as an equipment operator or qualified for certification.</li><li>1 year work experience in at least one previous job</li><li>6 months' work experience which included walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard.</li></ul><p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Operates forklift and uses a radio frequency scanner to perform stocking activities such as pull down or put away.</li><li>Moves stock as assigned.</li><li>Signs out forklift after completing a daily safety checklist.</li><li>Reports any unsafe conditions to the supervisor.</li><li>Stacks product physically onto and off of pallets repetitively throughout the designated shift.</li><li>Loads and unloads trucks</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to walk and stand continuously during the assigned shift.</li><li>Ability to pass physical examination that includes testing for satisfactory vision (distance, peripheral, and depth perception), hearing, and blood pressure/pulse exams for safe operation of motorized equipment.</li><li>Ability to escalate up to 25 feet in height on equipment.</li><li>Ability to lift/carry in full range of motion up to 70lbs during the assigned shift – 30lbs or less continuously, 50lbs frequently, and 70lbs occasionally.</li><li>Ability to push/pull in a warehouse environment up to 130lbs force to push during the assigned shift – 1-50lbs continuously, 51-70lbs occasionally, and 71-130lbs as needed for battery changes.</li><li>Ability to grip/grasp continuously during the assigned shift.</li><li>Ability to bend, squat/kneel, twist/turn, climb, crawl, reach above shoulder, and type/keyboard frequently during the assigned shift.</li><li>Ability to work designated shift including overtime as required, which could include time before or after the designated shift and/or weekends.</li><li>Exposure to wide range of temperatures</li><li>Ability to successfully complete forklift certification process</li><li>Reading comprehension skills up to high school level</li><li>Writing skills up to high school level</li><li>Math skills – basic arithmetic, addition, subtraction</li><li>Attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work safely and adhere to safety guidelines in a warehouse environment.</li><li>Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks.</li><li>Ability to work independently or in a group environment.</li><li>Ability to be flexible/ multi-task based on workflow demands.</li><li>Ability to meet and maintain production standards.</li><li>Ability to maintain reasonably reliable attendance.</li><li>Ability to read, write, speak, hear, see, think, communicate, concentrate, learn, and work.</li></ul>",
