    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>A retired client located in the Upper East Side of NYC is seeking a full-time, live-in domestic couple to start ASAP. Housing will be provided for the couple in a separate apartment.  The general schedule will be Monday through Friday, with flexibility to help when needed. The client is seeking an experienced, professional, and formal duo with experience in housekeeping, cooking, maintenance, and driving to assist her in maintaining her home and life. Must have experience in a formal home or relevant training. She is open to relocating candidates for the right fit. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Overall cleaning of the 2800 sq ft apartment </li>\n <li>Vacuuming/dusting</li>\n <li>Cleaning kitchen</li>\n <li>Grocery shopping</li>\n <li>Deep-cleaning bathrooms</li>\n <li>Washing and ironing linens</li>\n <li>Making beds</li>\n <li>Laundry with particular attention to washing instructions</li>\n <li>Ironing clothing </li>\n <li>Meal preparation and light cooking for lunch and dinners </li>\n <li>Maintaining organization of pantry and closets</li>\n <li>Occasional light home-maintenance tasks, or sourcing vendors for repairs</li>\n <li>Driving the principal when needed</li>\n <li>House management: inventory, stocking house supplies, bringing in packages and making returns, light errands when needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Honest, trustworthy, reliable</li>\n <li>Hard working - has a good work ethic</li>\n <li>Can cook - follow a recipe and prepare simple lunches and dinners</li>\n <li>Can read the room and know when to chat and when to quietly work</li>\n <li>Team player</li>\n <li>Experience as a live-in housekeeper a huge bonus</li>\n <li>Experience in a formal home a huge bonus</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>At least 8 years of experience as a housekeeper with verifiable references </li>\n <li>Experienced with ironing and laundering </li>\n <li>Experience in a formal home acting as a professional housekeeper</li>\n <li>Cooking experience</li>\n <li>Comfortable wearing a uniform, or black pants/white blouse daily</li>\n <li>Can speak English well - make or answer calls in the residence if needed</li>\n <li>Open communication and professional demeanor while remaining friendly</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Salary and Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Compensation for the role depends on experience- it starts at $150k-$200k and is flexible for the right fit </li>\n <li>Standard benefits offered - 2 weeks paid vacation, 4 sick days, federal holidays</li>\n <li>Housing will be provided </li>\n</ul>",
