    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><u><span style='font-family: garamond, \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 14px;'>SUMMARY:</span></u></strong></p><p><span style='font-family: garamond, \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 14px;'>After formal receipt of raw materials, Scale Up weighs and measures (scales and stages) major and minor ingredients for production runs according to customer specifications. &nbsp;All products will be used according to First in &ndash; First Out (FIFO) rotations and allocations. &nbsp;The scaling of the product will be according to the production summary. &nbsp;Scale Up is responsible for recording all lot numbers allocated and monitoring usage. &nbsp;Ingredients will be scaled to maximize full bags or containers and minimize partial packages. &nbsp;</span></p><p><span style='font-family: garamond, \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 14px;'>&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style='font-family: garamond, \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 14px;'><strong><u>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</u></strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li style='font-family: garamond, \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 14px;'>During pre-campaign and production shift changeover work as part of the process team (QA Technician, Batcher, Driver and Bin Prep) to inspect the labeling, quantity, and quality of raw materials to ensure that standards and specifications are met.&nbsp;</li><li style='font-family: garamond, \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 14px;'>Responsibility of the process team is to ensure collectively that batches are produced according to recipes and batching instructions while following Standard Operating Procedures.<strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></li><li style='font-family: garamond, \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 14px;'>Consistently weighs and measures (scales) in accordance with the production summary to meet customer specifications<strong>.</strong> &nbsp;</li><li style='font-family: garamond, \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 14px;'>Responsible for the proper allocations for each ingredient as well as the quantity used from each container or each lot.</li><li style='font-family: garamond, \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 14px;'>Responsible for the pre-staging of the pallets of major items such as spice, salt or sugar. &nbsp;Stages minor ingredient scale-ups and ensures they are clearly identified by name and weight and the item is sealed closed.&nbsp;</li><li style='font-family: garamond, \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 14px;'>Understands ERP software programs.&nbsp;</li><li style='font-family: garamond, \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 14px;'>Consistently confirms that the correct amount of ingredients is allocated and confirms that set-ups and kit items are properly staged.&nbsp;</li><li style='font-family: garamond, \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 14px;'>Consistently monitors inventories.
