At ADS, we foster a culture where diverse perspectives drive better ideas, ensuring every employee feels valued, heard, and empowered to make an impact.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Summary:</strong></p>\n<p>Oversees and performs the preventive and reactive maintenance duties required for the manufacturing operations of the plant. Priorities of the Maintenance Manager include management, execution, and auditing of PM schedules, repair of any equipment that is needed to maintain maximum production rates and maintenance of an adequate spare parts inventory. A Plant Maintenance Manager generally supervises a department including multiple Maintenance Technicians. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week, weekends as required, while also fulfilling on-call duties for repairs and assistance. The Plant Maintenance Manager reports directly to the Production / Plant Manager.</p>\n<p><strong>Primary Job Responsibilities:</strong>The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead troubleshooting efforts and repairs on machines and their controls (extruders, corrugators, extrusion die, DC /AC motor & drives, downstream equipment, chillers & etc.…).</li>\n <li>Lead Daily Management directives and initiatives. </li>\n <li>Contact, specify, and order replacement parts & control components from supplier as needed.</li>\n <li>Effectively manage CMMS performance across the Maintenance Department driving “on time” completion while ensuring compliance </li>\n <li>Direct & assist 1st responders to support troubleshooting machine problems, contact Electrical Engineering if additional support is needed.</li>\n <li>Maintain and build job skills through training programs while developing & cross training all Maintenance staff </li>\n <li>Identify, Help develop, and implement Continuous Improvement projects to improve production efficiencies and Safety.</li>\n <li>Maintain an accurate Asset Listing for the facility.</li>\n <li>Identify opportunities for Capital Investment and support the development of Business Cases</li>\n <li>Plan, Schedule, and audit Preventive & Repair Work Orders while leading an effective Work Management Process.</li>\n <li>Participate in & direct staff in support Plant Service Team projects </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Job Skills:</strong>This position should possess the following skills/knowledge:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Advanced understanding of Electrical Test equipment: Voltmeter, Ammeter, ohm meter, Megger & etc.…</li>\n <li>Understanding of machine function and Sequence of Operations of production machinery.</li>\n <li>Advanced experience in reading Electrical, pneumatics and mechanical drawings.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of NEC, UL508A and NFPA 79 codes.</li>\n <li>Lock Out Tag Out Safety procedures.</li>\n <li>Arc Flash and PPE Requirements</li>\n <li>Advanced industrial mechanical, electrical, plumbing and pneumatic skills including troubleshooting</li>\n <li>Strong leadership ability with time management and task prioritization skills o Proficient in electrical formulas and mechanical math.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of 3 Phase Industrial wiring and power distribution</li>\n <li>AC & DC Drive / Motor PMs, wiring, programming & troubleshooting.</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot PLC I/O and networking.</li>\n <li>Motion Training with Servo Drives and Motors.</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with and communicate to other plant personnel as well as company resources and vendors</li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word o Experience in Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Educational Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School / Vocational School Diploma or Equivalent - Required</li>\n <li>Previous Maintenance Management or Supervision - Preferred</li>\n <li>Technician level - Electrical, hydraulics, pneumatic - Preferred</li>\n <li>Basic PLC and Drive training - Preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Benefits:</h2>\n<p><strong>Health & Welfare Benefits:</strong> Medical and prescription drug plans, telemedicine (with medical plan), dental and vision plans, virtual physical therapy*, an employee assistance program (EAP)*, and voluntary accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnification programs.</p>\n<p> <strong>Financial Benefits:</strong> Retirement 401k program with company match, an employee stock purchase plan (voluntary), financial wellness planning*, paid parental leave*, flexible spending accounts (FSA) for child care and health care, short-term and long-term disability*, basic life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D)*, adoption financial reimbursement*, tuition reimbursement*, voluntary life insurance (for employees, spouses, and children), and voluntary identity theft and fraud protection. </p>\n<p>*100% paid by ADS.</p>\n<h2>Why Join ADS?</h2>\n<p><strong>Growth Opportunities & Global Presence: </strong>With a global network of approximately 70 manufacturing plants and 40 distribution centers, ADS offers extensive opportunities for career growth and development in various locations around the world.</p>\n<p><strong>Inclusive and Creative Work Culture: </strong>ADS fosters a culture of passion, innovation, and continuous improvement, empowering employees to shape industry-leading solutions.
