Reporting to the Associate Director of Housing Operations, this position will primarily focus on assisting with the day-to-day operations of residential life, including overseeing residential intentional interactions and student support follow-up for low-level incidents, supporting student engagement and late night/weekend programming, and fostering a positive living environment for all students.<br><br>The GRD will help implement community-building initiatives, provide functional supervision of Resident Assistants (RAs), mentor and advise residence hall councils, assist with residence hall operations, and assist in the development of programs that promote student success, well-being, and inclusion within the residential community. This position is a live-in position that is provided with on campus housing. In addition to the above responsibilities, the ARDs will participate in the Residence Life on Call (ROC) rotation in addition to 19 hours a week.
