    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">GENERAL NATURE OF WORK: </span>This position performs semi-skilled work, selling a la carte food and beverage services to customers from a mobile cart.  An employee in this class reports directly to the Assistant Golf Course Manager or Golf Course Manager for daily instruction, scheduling, and general duties.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">EQUIPMENT &amp; JOB LOCATION: </span>This position requires specific knowledge of Beverage and Alcohol services and equipment. The primary work site is the Beavercreek Golf Course.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – EXAMPLES OF DUTIES: </span></p>\n<p><em>Any one position may not include all of the duties listed nor do the listed examples include all duties which may be found in all positions in this class.</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provides courteous and friendly service to the guests. </li>\n<li>Responsibly handles monetary &amp; credit transactions.</li>\n<li>Responsibly provides a la carte food services in a sanitary manner.</li>\n<li>Responsibly serves alcohol products to customers, following the state and federal laws.</li>\n<li>Understands all equipment and its uses, including setup, breakdown and cleanup.</li>\n<li>Properly maintains, stores, and rotates inventory.</li>\n<li>Maintains a neat and sanitary work environment.</li>\n<li>Maintains personal hygiene to departmental standards. </li>\n<li>Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ADDITIONAL EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operates Beverage Cart in a proper and responsible manner.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule format.</li>\n<li>Prior alcohol training and/or certification.</li>\n<li>Prior experience with point of sale (POS) systems and computer skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">DESIRABLE TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A high school diploma or equivalent; or any combination of training and experience which provides the desired knowledge, skills and abilities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be at least 18 years of age. </li>\n<li>Must maintain a valid Ohio Driver’s License.</li>\n<li>Ability to work other than normal working hours, and to work various shifts as necessary.</li>\n<li>Must be able to perform physical functions, including bending, stooping, kneeling, standing, and lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs.</li>\n</ul>",
