If you're passionate about making a difference in this critical field, we invite you to explore a career with Carollo.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Daily inspection (primary responsibility)</li>\n <li>Special Inspection (in areas where qualified)</li>\n <li>Participating in Construction Progress Meetings</li>\n <li>Preliminary review of Submittals, RFIs, RFCs, etc. to ensure they  are complete prior to forwarding to engineers for formal review</li>\n <li>Review and acceptance of project schedule updates</li>\n <li>Review and acceptance of project schedule of values</li>\n <li>Preliminary review of change orders</li>\n <li>Generation and maintenance (along with project engineers) of project punchlist.</li>\n <li>Review and recommendation of construction pay applications</li>\n <li>Weekly review of contractor record drawings to ensure accuracy</li>\n <li>Assistance in start-up and commissioning activities</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 8 years of construction experience including water and wastewater plants, pipelines, and pumping facilities</li>\n <li>Completion of OSHA 10-hour safety course and other construction safety training</li>\n <li>Project lead experience</li>\n <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Must be willing to travel regularly and be working in the field full time</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Compensation Range</h2>\n<p>An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.</p>\n<h2>Other Compensation and Benefits</h2>\n<p>Carollo is committed to providing employees with a competitive, comprehensive benefits program that provides the support employees and their families need to lead healthy, productive lives.
