font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Job Summary:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Entry Level Service Technicians / Lube Technicians assist customers with vehicle service request including oil changes or other express services such as fluid checks, minor repairs to ensure vehicles operate efficiently and safely.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Duties/Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Perform Oil Changes: Drain old oil, replace oil filters, and refill engines with new oil.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Fluid Checks: Inspect and replenish essential fluids such as coolant, brake fluid, and transmission fluid.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Filter Replacements: Replace air, cabin, and fuel filters as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential maintenance issues and recommend additional services.  inspect engine block and underbody for leaks or potential issues.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Checking Tires: Check tire pressure and refilling tires with air as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Diagnose Issues: Consult with lead service technicians on team to diagnose and address vehicle issues.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers about services performed and maintenance needs.  Create detailed service reports for customers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the work area organized and clean, ensuring a safe working environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Inventory Management: Monitor and restock maintenance supplies as necessary.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Drive Vehicles: Drive vehicles on and off service drive as necessary.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Other duties as assigned.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Skills/Abilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Understanding of automotive systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to use the diagnostic equipment and tools including power tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Willingness to learn with hands-on training.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to maintain a professional appearance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to provide friendly customer service.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Education and Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Automotive and engine repair experience or auto mechanic training preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Working knowledge of state inspection guidelines, particularly those concerning emissions and safety, is advantageous.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">ASE certifications preferred.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">May lift objects that weigh as much as 50 lbs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Good hand-eye coordination.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prolonged periods of standing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
