    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><strong>Detailed Description:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Responsible for the safe operation of bulk equipment, rig-up of iron, and high-pressure pump operations during service delivery in accordance with customer designs and KPIs.</span></li><li><span>Maintains the integrity of discharge iron installations.</span></li><li><span>Prepares cement pumping equipment for the well site.</span></li><li><span>Performs equipment function checks in preparation for jobs.</span></li><li><span>Utilizes real-time data under dynamic job conditions and communicates results to the appropriate personnel at the site.</span></li><li><span>Drives company light-duty and commercial vehicles as required.</span></li><li><span>Promotes safety awareness, environmental consciousness, and actively participates in quality improvement processes.</span></li><li><span>Conducts pre-job and post-job safety meetings to identify hazards and risks.</span></li><li><span>Completes the rig down of equipment and ensures cleanliness upon return to facilities.</span></li><li><span>Assists with blow down, field bin movement, and vertical silo relocation.</span></li><li><span>Ensures a high level of efficiency and readiness in equipment operations.</span></li><li><span>Performs work independently and assists other employees as directed.</span></li><li><span>Complies with customer and company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.</span></li><li><span>Participates in safety meetings to identify and mitigate risks and hazards.</span></li><li><span>Completes a respirator fit test as required.</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></span><br><span><strong>Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Knowledge of and compliance with DOT rules and regulations.</span></li><li><span>Understanding of company policies, HSE standards, and PSL guidelines.</span></li><li><span>Proficiency in operating and maintaining bulk equipment, high-pressure mixing pumps, blenders, and auxiliary equipment.</span></li><li><span>Ability to perform basic maintenance on equipment and cement heads.</span></li><li><span>Proficiency in rigging up and rigging down high-pressure iron and other equipment.</span></li><li><span>Ability to read, write, and speak English for effective communication and instruction.</span></li><li><span>Strong mathematical skills for job-related calculations using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.</span></li><li><span>Basic computer skills.</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>Language Comprehension:</strong></span><br><span>Must understand and speak English at a level sufficient to issue, receive, and respond to both safety and operations-related directions.</span></p><p><span><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span><strong>Education:</strong> High School Diploma or GED.</span></li><li><span><strong>Experience: </strong>4 years.</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>Licenses and Certifications:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Valid Driver’s License.</span></li><li><span>Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).</span></li><li><span>HAZMAT Endorsement.</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>Additional Details:</strong></span><br><span>The Cement Operator 3 plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency and safety at well sites.
