We will not risk safety under any circumstances</li>\n <li>Always promoting a team attitude in respect to all that we do</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Summary</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Job description:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Control, plan, and organize construction operations on a daily basis</li>\n <li>Ensure a successful project completion by preparing three to six weeks of construction resource schedules and monitoring progress against the master schedule</li>\n <li>Keep and maintain project diary, As-Built drawings, and inspection reports</li>\n <li>Review contracts with the Project Manager to ensure work scopes and schedules are accurate</li>\n <li>Control all site logistics of all works including subcontractors, suppliers, and own forces</li>\n <li>Ensure daily communication with the Project Manager and other applicable team members regarding the status of the construction including any concerns or discrepancies</li>\n <li>All permit requirements, third-party inspections, commissioning, training, and handover must be managed, controlled, and recorded</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What you bring:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A Team Attitude - ability to follow directions and take guidance&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Strong Safety Acumen - being safety conscious is a must, and adherence to all Health &amp; Safety Policies and Procedures is mandatory&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Problem Solving Skills – must be able to provide effective solutions to various construction concerns</li>\n <li>Strong Communication Skills – this role requires daily communication with the Project Managers, Coordinators, Admin staff and Field staff&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Flexibility – must be able to work out of town as required</li>\n <li>Your own vehicle – must have a reliable means of transportation</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The successful candidate will be a&nbsp;self-motivated individual who is organized, able to multi-task well, and has effective time management skills.&nbsp;We thank all applicants for their interest, however, only those selected for interviews will be contacted.</p>",
