    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>CentraCare is seeking a Program Facilitator to join the Early Childhood Unit at Clara’s House, a partial hospitalization program that provides short-term therapeutic and stabilization services for primarily 3-5 years old.</p><p>The Program Facilitator plays a key role in supporting the therapeutic environment of Clara's House. This position works collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to facilitate structured activities and groups, provide behavioral support, and ensure a safe and supportive environment for children receiving intensive mental health services.
