For more information, visit www.dallasmedcenter.com.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manages EPIC system applications in the areas of ongoing user support/training, dictionary, maintenance, system enhancements, problem analysis, resolution and troubleshooting.</li>\n <li>Works with vendors and other IT staff to coordinate hardware installation, maintain and oversee changes, corrections, enhancement to the Clinical Systems.</li>\n <li>Acts as a liaison for Departments for Clinical System issues.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Education and Work Experience</p>\n<li>High School Diploma required or equivalent required.</li>\n<li>Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Healthcare field, Business Discipline, Healthcare Management, Health Information management or Information Science or equivalent experience preferred.</li>\n<li>Current and valid RN License preferred.</li>\n<li>2 years work experience in a hospital setting required.</li>\n<li>Clinical experience preferred.</li>\n<li>Interpersonal skills necessary to deal with and establish working relationships with physicians, hospital personnel and co-workers.</li>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Employment Status</h2>Full Time\n<h2>Shift</h2>Days\n<h2>Equal Employment Opportunity</h2>\n<p>Company is an equal employment opportunity employer.
