    "descriptionText": "Description\n\nWe are seeking a 1099 Software Implementation Consultant who is detail oriented and tech savvy to manage the rollout of a custom software solution for our arboriculture business.\n\nThis project based position is expected to last approximately three to six months. In this role, you will oversee the full implementation lifecycle — from testing and revisions to training and post launch support.\n\nThe ideal candidate is a strong communicator with hands on software implementation experience and a passion for helping businesses get the most out of their technology systems.\n\n Key Responsibilities: \n\n Manage the end to end implementation process, ensuring timely and successful delivery.\n Act as liaison between Almstead and our custom software developer.\n Analyze internal business requirements and ensure the software solution meets operational needs.\n Integrate systems and maintain data accuracy in implementation.\n Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support to internal team\n Collaborate with departments such as Sales, Accounting, and Administration to ensure a seamless transition.\n Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance throughout the implementation process.\n Travel to Almstead branch locations within the NY, NJ, and CT tri state area will be required.\n\n Requirements\n\n  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n\n  Minimum of 2 years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or project management.\n\n  Working knowledge of customized CRM systems for service companies, as well as established CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).\n Prior experience with Single Ops, Arbor Gold or another custom arboriculture software is desired.\n\n  Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.\n\n  Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and support employees.\n\n Benefits\n\nWe provide an attractive compensation package, ranging from $38 to $48 per hour, and anticipate that this project will last between 3 to 6 months."
