If so, please read on!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>This general handyman position earns a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">competitive wage</span> of up to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">$22-$24 /hour depending on experience</span>.  Must have EPA, HVAC certification</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>WORK SCHEDULE</span></span></p>\n<p><span>This full-time position typically works <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Monday - Friday</span> from <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">8:00 am - 5:00 pm</span> with participation in an on-call rotation required. (premium pay for on-call)</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Perform general maintenance such as plumbing, electric, HVAC repairs, carpentry,<br>appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Utilizing IPAD or tablet for daily job tasks including receiving and prioritizing work orders</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Assist with unit turns with drywall work, painting, cleaning and removing trash</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Maintain the grounds in a clean, safe and sanitary condition</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Participate in on-call emergency schedule for evening, weekends, and holidays</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Complete work order requests</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>HVAC REQUIRED</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>High School education or equivalent</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Two years of maintenance experience with carpentry, plumbing, electrical and/or<br>HVAC repairs.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Ability to lift, regularly move and maneuver objects weighing 50 pounds</span></span></li>\n<li><span>Valid driver’s license</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Are you mechanically inclined, reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn?
