      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Responsible for recording financial transactions in the accounting systems for multiple client companies.</li>\n<li>Posts customer payments and maintains an up-to-date accounts receivable aging report, as necessary.</li>\n<li>Records vendor invoices in client’s accounting system, uses accounting judgement to code expenses to proper ledger accounts, obtains authorization to pay, and schedules payments in automated payable system.</li>\n<li>Reconciles bank records to the general ledger accounts, reconciles cash accounts</li>\n<li>Processes online payroll and records transactions in proper ledger accounts.</li>\n<li>Prepare and reconcile fixed assets, preliminary review of capitalization adjustments.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Perform other accounting tasks as needed by individual clients or associated controller on client</li>\n<li>Review trial balance pre-close, and post close after all entries are posted, and raise anomalies to controlling for analysis.&nbsp;</li>\n\n</div>"

      "content": "<div>\n\n<li><strong>Must be located in ET or CT time zones. </strong></li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li>\n<li>4+ years of progressive accounting experience with hands-on involvement in month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and balance sheet reconciliations</li>\n<li>Experience working in a team-based or shared services accounting environment, collaborating with or reporting to an Accounting Manager or Controller</li>\n<li>Strong working knowledge of accrual basis accounting, including payroll-related entries and adjustments</li>\n<li>Experience with QuickBooks Online and/or other cloud-based accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, Intacct)</li>\n<li>Willingness to support hands-on AP/AR and transactional work as part of a growing and evolving accounting function</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong communication and accountability</li>\n<li>Critical thinker with a track record of identifying and implementing process improvements, particularly within close cycles or financial reporting</li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams), including ability to manage and analyze data</li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously<br>Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders</li>\n<li>Adaptable, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious with a desire to learn and grow across a variety of industries</li>\n\n</div>"
