Role Overview
As an Account Manager – Expand, you are responsible for growing and retaining existing enterprise customers after they have been acquired.
Your mission is to maximize Net Revenue Retention through expansion, upsell, cross-sell, and renewals while ensuring long-term customer value.
What You'll Do
Own a portfolio of existing enterprise accounts.
Drive expansion and renewal revenue.
Lead QBRs and value realization sessions.
Identify growth opportunities aligned with customer goals.
Manage renewals, pricing adjustments, and contract expansions.
Partner closely with internal teams.
Monitor account health and mitigate churn risk.
Maintain accurate expansion and renewal forecasts.
Act as the internal voice of the customer.
Ensure compliance with security and company policies.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or expansion sales in SaaS.
Proven experience growing revenue within existing accounts.
Strong relationship management and commercial skills.
Excellent professional communication skills in English.
Data-driven and execution-focused mindset.
Ability to manage complex enterprise relationships.
Ideally based in Medellín, Colombia.
