The right candidate knows how to remain calm under pressure, communicate with confidence, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a strong security presence.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Location: </strong>Downtown Toronto</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Shift Times: </strong>Monday - Friday, 6:30AM - 2:30PM and 10:30AM - 6:30PM&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Pay Rate: </strong>$25.00/hour - $30.00/hour&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Deliver a high-level customer service to investors, executives, and guests</li>\n <li>Maintain a professional security presence in a luxury corporate setting</li>\n <li>Monitor access control, visitor management, and lobby operations</li>\n <li>De-escalate difficult personalities professionally and tactfully</li>\n <li>Conduct interior patrols and respond to incidents discreetly</li>\n <li>Coordinate with property management and executive teams</li>\n <li>Maintain detailed incident reports and daily activity logs</li>\n <li>Always uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous security, luxury concierge, executive protection experience is required.</li>\n <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Ability to handle demanding or high-profile personalities professionally</li>\n <li>Professional appearance and confident demeanor</li>\n <li>Experience in corporate, hotel, or VIP environments is an asset</li>\n <li>Comfortable working in a formal business environment</li>\n <li>Valid Ontario security guard licence and First Aid and CPR</li>\n <li>Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Uniform &amp; Presentation</strong></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">This is a suit-and-tie environment. Security Guards are expected to maintain a sharp, polished, executive-level appearance always.
