RGI, established in 1908, has the distinction of being recognized as the largest privately held aggregate producer in the United States.</p><p>We have 86 quarries and 56 asphalt plants across Tennessee, Mississippi, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, Kentucky, Arkansas, Texas, Indiana, Illinois, and Ohio.</p><p>We are currently seeking an individual for the&nbsp;<strong>Excavator/Heavy Equipment Operator</strong>&nbsp;position at our quarry in<strong> Gravette, Arkansas</strong>.&nbsp;The successful candidate for this position will have experience operating an excavator and other heavy machinery with an uncompromising focus on safety excellence.</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Operate an excavator with a high degree of competency, skill and proficiency in challenging and unique terrain environments.</li><li>Run other types of heavy equipment as needed such as front loaders, dozers, haul trucks, etc.</li><li>Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment as trained and directed by management</li><li>Perform daily pre-and post- inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies.</li><li>Effective communication skills applicable to position.</li><li>Operate equipment with a high degree of competency, skill, and proficiency.</li><li>Properly follow all company policies MSHA / Environmental regulations for safe working procedures and environment.</li><li>Assist with other duties at the discretion of management.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience operating large dozers, excavators, or similar heavy machinery preferred.</li><li>Must be able to work outside in all types of weather and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.</li><li>Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.</li><li>Ability to learn new tasks quickly.</li><li>Pass pre-employment drug screen.</li><li>Able to provide valid documentation for the I-9 Immigration document.</li><li>Must be willing to work overtime and extended hours as needed.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>As a Rogers Group employee, you will have access to our competitive company perks, including:</strong></p><ul><li>Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance&nbsp;plus Health Savings Account with annual company contribution.</li><li>Company&nbsp;provided Group Life and Accidental Death &amp;
