Description
The Sales Project Manager – Mission Critical Infrastructure serves as a key liaison between Account Executives, customers, and the Applications Engineering and Solutions Design teams to support the development and delivery of mission-critical infrastructure solutions. This role plays a critical part in coordinating technical sales support, project execution activities, and proposal delivery for complex electrical infrastructure projects supporting data center and critical power environments.
Operating cross-functionally across Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and external partners, this position helps ensure projects progress efficiently from opportunity initiation through execution. The ideal candidate combines strong project coordination skills with experience in mission-critical electrical infrastructure and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Core Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of coordination between Sales, customers, Applications Engineering, and Solutions Design teams throughout the project lifecycle Utilize Hyper methodologies and systems to forecast project needs, timelines, and proposal delivery requirements Manage project execution activities from initiation through delivery, including coordination with suppliers and logistics partners Track project milestones, timelines, risks, and dependencies to support successful on-time delivery Coordinate cross-functional communication between Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations teams Support customer-facing activities including project updates, timeline coordination, and issue resolution Identify execution inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives across project workflows Maintain accurate project tracking and reporting within CRM, ERP, and project management systems Additional Responsibilities
