The family is NOT looking to fly people in and out so you must be able to get to their home on your own. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The family is seeking someone who views nannying as a profession and is looking for a meaningful, long-term role built on mutual respect, open communication, and partnership.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>ScheduleStart Date: As early as July 20, 2026Schedule: Two weeks on, two weeks off Guaranteed Hours: 40–50 hours per week</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide attentive, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care.</li>\n <li>Foster a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for the children.</li>\n <li>Support all aspects of newborn, infant, and child development, including feeding, sleep routines, developmental milestones, and age-appropriate enrichment.</li>\n <li>Plan engaging daily activities that promote creativity, independence, social development, and problem-solving.</li>\n <li>Encourage curiosity and learning through play and real-world experiences.</li>\n <li>Support healthy routines, including meals, naps, hygiene, and transitions.</li>\n <li>Spend significant time outdoors in all seasons, promoting an active and healthy lifestyle.</li>\n <li>Plan and participate in trips to parks, playgrounds, libraries, museums, community events, sports, and other enriching outings.</li>\n <li>Limit passive screen time and encourage hands-on engagement.</li>\n <li>Coordinate and maintain children's schedules, including classes, lessons, activities, appointments, and playdates.</li>\n <li>Safely transport children using a family vehicle or approved personal vehicle.</li>\n <li>Keep children's bedrooms, playrooms, closets, and activity spaces clean and organized.</li>\n <li>Manage children's laundry and maintain organization of clothing and belongings.</li>\n <li>Rotate toys, books, and activity materials to keep children engaged.</li>\n <li>Prepare children's meals and assist with meal cleanup.</li>\n <li>Leave all areas used throughout the day tidy and organized.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 5 years of professional nanny experience in private homes.</li>\n <li>Extensive experience caring for newborns and infants, including knowledge of feeding, sleep schedules, developmental milestones, and enrichment.</li>\n <li>Experience caring for multiple children of varying ages and developmental stages.</li>\n <li>Warm, energetic, and engaging personality with a genuine love of children.</li>\n <li>Enjoys outdoor play and leading an active lifestyle.</li>\n <li>Strong organizational skills and ability to proactively plan activities and schedules.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach with parents.</li>\n <li>Long-term mindset and interest in growing with a family.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.</li>\n <li>Comfortable driving children daily to activities and appointments.</li>\n <li>Strong swimming ability.</li>\n <li>Current CPR and First Aid Certification, or willingness to renew prior to employment.</li>\n <li>Legally authorized to work in the United States.</li>\n <li>Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and reference verification process.</li>\n <li>Non-smoker.</li>\n <li>Reliable, punctual, and professional.</li>\n <li>Comfortable traveling with the family, both domestically and occasionally internationally.</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Travel</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Travel with the family is preferred.</li>\n <li>Typically two weeks per year, plus occasional long weekends during the summer.</li>\n <li>Primarily domestic travel, with international travel approximately every other year.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Salary and Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Compensation:</strong> $110,000-115,000</li>\n <li>Guaranteed weekly hours.</li>\n <li>Two weeks of paid vacation annually</li>\n <li>Five paid sick/personal days annually</li>\n <li>Six paid holidays:\n  <ul>\n   <li>New Year's Day</li>\n   <li>Memorial Day</li>\n   <li>Independence Day</li>\n   <li>Labor Day</li>\n   <li>Thanksgiving Day</li>\n   <li>Christmas Day</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>401(k) with a <strong>3% employer match</strong>.</li>\n <li>Family is open to discussing medical and dental benefits and utilizes GTM Payroll for household employment services.</li>\n <li>Family vehicle provided for transporting children and completing job-related responsibilities.</li>\n</ul>",
