If you enjoy meeting people, working independently, and being the person guests remember for great service, we'd love to meet you!</p><p><strong>And yes, access to DoubleTree cookies is definitely a perk.</strong></p><p><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></p><p><strong>Shuttle Driver Duties</strong></p><ul><li>Transport guests safely between the hotel and Portland International Jetport</li><li>Assist guests with luggage as needed</li><li>Provide friendly, welcoming service during every ride</li><li>Keep the shuttle clean, fueled, and ready for service</li><li>Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any concerns</li></ul><p><strong>Guest Service Duties</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as a backup to the front desk team during overnight hours</li><li>Assist guests with questions, directions, and requests</li><li>Answer phones and help with basic guest inquiries</li><li>Prepare and maintain fresh lobby coffee for morning guests</li><li>Bag DoubleTree cookies and prepare them for guest arrivals</li><li>Stock the front desk beverage cooler and guest market items</li><li>Replenish bottled waters and guest amenities at the front desk</li><li>Help prepare the hotel for the morning shift and arriving guests</li><li>Support hotel operations during quieter overnight periods</li><li>Complete side work and stocking tasks to ensure the hotel is guest-ready each day</li></ul><p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record</li><li>Friendly, chatty, outgoing personality</li><li>Reliable and punctual</li><li>Comfortable working overnight hours</li><li>Ability to work independently and stay productive during slower periods</li><li>Customer service experience is a plus</li><li>Hotel experience is a bonus, but not required</li></ul><p><strong>What's In It For You?</strong></p><p>?
