    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Inova Fairfax Medical Campus&nbsp;is looking for an RN&nbsp;<strong>Clinical Educator Nursing</strong>&nbsp;to work with the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU).</p><p>The CICU is a fast-paced cardiac critical care environment that strongly emphasizes teamwork, excellent patient care, and providing a variety of learning opportunities to support the professional growth of the team. Our high-performing nursing team collaborates closely with extensively trained medical colleagues, including a Cardiac Intensivist, Medical Intensivists, Interventionalists, and Cardiologists rotating as CICU attending, Cardiology Fellows, and Advanced Practice Providers. If RN has a BSN and enrolled in Master’s program, RN must meet with their Nurse Leader within 3 months to conduct the following:&nbsp;</li></ul><ol><li>Provide a written plan with anticipated Masters completion date</li><li>Submit a review of transcripts from the school indicating the required pre-requisites and timeline for taking the courses&nbsp;</li><li>Complete Masters within 3 years of start date.</li></ol><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><strong>Experience</strong>: 2 years of progressive experience in nursing in designated specialty; 3 months of experience serving as preceptor</li><li><strong>Certification</strong>:&nbsp;BLS from the American Heart Association; Licensed or eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse or an active multi-state RN License.</li></ul><div><br>&nbsp;</div>",
