Description

Job Summary The Automation Support Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing automation solutions that enhance business process efficiency and accuracy. This role requires a deep understanding of automation platforms, data analysis, and AI technologies. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support AI model development, automation workflows, and troubleshooting technical issues. This position also involves monitoring system performance, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless operation on UiPath cloud-based and on-premises environments. Responsibilities • Automation Analysis and Support: Analyze and support the deployment of automation processes and AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.• System Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor the performance of automation systems, identify potential issues or bottlenecks, and work with development teams to optimize platforms for scalability and performance.• Technical Troubleshooting: Serve as the first line of support for technical issues and escalate more complex issues as needed.• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain and update technical documentation, including Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs). Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and infrastructure, to stabilize, enhance, or resolve automation solutions.• Performance Metrics: Adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and metrics for incident and problem management to ensure optimal system performance.• Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with emerging AI and automation technologies and recommend improvements and best practices for implementation. Skills and Experience • English – Spanish Language (Oral and writing B2+ or above).• 1-3 years of experience in automation, AI, or a related field.• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is desirable. Equivalent working experience will be considered.• Proficiency in automation platforms such as UiPath and MS Power Automate.• Experience with server administration (Windows and Linux) and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, including MS Power BI.• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or similar database systems.• Basic development experience in .Net, Python, Node.js, T-SQL, HTML, or similar technologies.• UiPath Certified Professional Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) Certification is highly desirable.
