We are expanding our footprint and are obtaining more exclusive Media rights across the OOH spectrum in Hong Kong.</p>\n<p>We are now looking for a talented<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Sales Manager<span> </span></span>to join our creative, smart, and fun team! In this role, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets, as well as coaching a team of sales executives to generate revenue for the<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">MTR/ Bus body advertising business.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you need to do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achieve the company's sales objectives and revenue targets and manage all day-to-day sales activities.</li>\n<li>Work closely with the Sales leadership team to implement sales strategies and build a strong sales pipeline.</li>\n<li>Initiate different sales packages and agency programs to increase sales opportunities.</li>\n<li>Manage a good relationship with clients and media agencies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we need from you:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 2 years of Sales experience in OOH industry with good track records. </li>\n<li>Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skills. </li>\n<li>Strong client and advertising agency networks  </li>\n<li>Proficiency in Excel with strong data analytics skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we offer:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Transportation Allowances</li>\n<li>Medical and life insurance</li>\n<li>Flexible working arrangement</li>\n<li>Performance bonus</li>\n<li>Competitive salary</li>\n<li>Personalized career development plan</li>\n<li>An awesome team with a great culture!
