This will be executed through strong leadership to the plant team and managing the systems, equipment, people, and materials according to established policies, procedures, specifications, and customer requirements. The Plant Manager role oversees approximately 100 team members across multiple shifts.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br><strong><u>Essential Job Functions:</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Oversees plant operations including the Converting, Press, Maintenance, Safety and Customer Service departments.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Acts as a safety leader and puts safety first in all responsibilities. Works in conjunction with the Environmental Health &amp; Safety Team to establish and maintain all policies and programs to assure a safe working environment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead and drive plant safety culture to reduce risk of injury and&nbsp;exhibit a &ldquo;safety first&rdquo; priority in all responsibilities.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Leads the Management for Daily Improvement (MDI) process to capture daily &amp; trending opportunities, prioritize required actions, and execute sustained improvements.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Oversees all aspects of human capital planning &amp;
