We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and people-focused candidate to join our team as <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Assistant Manager, Merchandising Operations.  </span>This is a full-time role for someone who genuinely loves fashion and design, takes pride in a beautifully run store, and understands that excellent merchandising and operational discipline are what makes exceptional retail experiences possible.  Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will play a central role in how merchandise moves through the store, from purchasing and receiving to inventory management, visual display, and online operations. <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key responsibilities include:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing day-to-day inventory processes including receiving, tagging, quality inspection, and stock replenishment across all product categories</li>\n<li>Maintaining and updating the inventory management system to ensure accuracy across in-store and online stock</li>\n<li>Conducting routine cycle counts and supporting full stocktakes; identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly</li>\n<li>Liaising with vendors on incoming shipments, quality issues, returns, and special orders</li>\n<li>Planning and executing visual merchandising and in-store displays in line with brand standards and seasonal direction</li>\n<li>Managing and maintaining the online store, including product listings, inventory accuracy, photography coordination, and order fulfilment</li>\n<li>Supporting daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, register management, and delivery processing</li>\n<li>Assisting with customer and vendor correspondence, special orders, and general store administration</li>\n<li>Contributing ideas to product selection, promotional activity, social media content, and store strategy</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We're Looking For</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of three years' progressive experience in retail, merchandising, events, or a related field. Experience in a boutique or specialty retail environment is an asset</li>\n<li>Familiarity with retail inventory or point-of-sale systems is an advantage; candidates who demonstrate a willingness to learn new platforms quickly are equally welcome to apply</li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage visual merchandising and maintain high presentation standards consistently</li>\n<li>Experience with e-commerce platforms and online order management</li>\n<li>Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities independently</li>\n<li>High attention to detail in product quality, stock accuracy, and store presentation</li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills for vendor, customer, and team correspondence</li>\n<li>A genuine passion for fashion, design, and curated retail</li>\n<li>Physically able to perform the demands of the role, including handling stock, setting up displays, and extended periods on the shop floor</li>\n<li>Availability to work weekends and evenings for special in-store events and functions</li>\n<li>Proficiency in standard computer systems and digital tools; comfortable learning new platforms</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A dynamic, creative work environment with a well-established and respected Bermuda retail brand along with a collaborative team approach and an opportunity to shape store direction</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If the above aligns with your career aspirations, please apply no later than June 26th 2026</p>",
