This position is responsible for managing a team of technicians and operators, coordinating workflow, and maintaining equipment to optimize output. The supervisor will implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste. They will also serve as a key liaison between management and production staff, facilitating clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
