    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Product Ownership:</strong> Own and evolve the data product roadmap, including data platforms, pipelines, models, APIs, dashboards, and other analytical tools.</li>\n <li><strong>Strategy &amp; Vision:</strong> Define the strategic direction for data products in collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams.</li>\n <li><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration:</strong> Work with business, engineering, analytics, and operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product plans.</li>\n <li><strong>Data Governance:</strong> Ensure products adhere to data governance, privacy, security, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).</li>\n <li><strong>Execution &amp; Delivery:</strong> Prioritize product features, create user stories, and lead agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives).</li>\n <li><strong>Analytics &amp; KPIs:</strong> Define and track key success metrics for data product usage, quality, and performance.</li>\n <li><strong>User Enablement:</strong> Drive adoption by ensuring data products are well-documented, accessible, and easy to use.</li>\n <li><strong>Innovation:</strong> Identify new opportunities for leveraging data to solve business problems or create competitive advantages.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Experience:</strong> 10+ years in product management, with at least 5 years focused on data products.</li>\n <li><strong>Technical Proficiency:</strong> Familiarity with data technologies such as SQL, data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, Big Query), ETL/ELT tools, APIs, and BI platforms (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).</li>\n <li><strong>Analytical Skills:</strong> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to make data-driven decisions.</li>\n <li><strong>Communication:</strong> Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.</li>\n <li><strong>Agile Methodologies:</strong> Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.</li>\n <li><strong>Domain Knowledge:</strong> Understanding of data governance, data quality, metadata management, and data security best practices.</li>\n <li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, business, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is a plus.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation, Benefits and Duration</strong></p>\n<p>Minimum Compensation: USD 57,000<br/>Maximum Compensation: USD 201,000<br/>Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
