    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>HWI has a fantastic opportunity to join our Commercial Excellence &amp; Finance Teams as an Intern. &nbsp;This is a challenging role in which you will apply your academic knowledge and skills in a professional environment while contributing to high-impact projects. &nbsp; You will gain hands-on experience in areas, such as data analytics, CRM implementations, and financial systems.<br>&nbsp;</p><p>Responsibilities<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support ongoing CRM system implementation, including data validation, reporting, and analytics&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist in reconciling data between Power BI and Oracle Cloud, ensuring alignment and accuracy across &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;systems&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Validate and test report outputs from new systems to ensure data integrity and usability&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Compile and analyze competitor, market, and industry intelligence to support commercial strategy&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide administrative and project coordination support as needed across both teams&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives within Commercial Excellence and Finance&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</p><p>Learning &amp; Development Opportunities&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Gain practical experience working with enterprise systems including CRM platforms, Power BI, and Oracle Cloud&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop analytical and problem-solving skills through real-world business applications&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Exposure to commercial strategy, financial processes, and data-driven decision making&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Finance, and IT&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Build a strong foundation in corporate operations within a manufacturing environment</p><p>Requirements<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Pursuing a BS degree in business, finance or other related fields<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Requires a problem-solving and analytical mindset, interested in process improvement<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Requires computer operation skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Requires analytical skills and the ability to assemble data&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Requires time management and organization skills with accurate and precise attention to detail<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Requires strong interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to work effectively in a team and individual environment<br>&nbsp;</p>",
