This middle leadership position provides an excellent opportunity to develop leadership experience while continuing to have a meaningful impact on teaching and learning.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Working alongside the Secondary Principal, the Vice Principal plays a key role in supporting student life, daily operations, discipline, and the overall culture of the Secondary School.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You'll Do</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support Student Growth</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Oversee day-to-day student discipline and behaviour.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Help create a positive, respectful, and Christ-centered school culture.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work with teachers, students, and families to address behavioural concerns.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support student well-being alongside Chaplaincy and Student Support Services.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead Student Life</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate the Secondary House System and student leadership programs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Organize House events, competitions, and activities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Help develop leadership opportunities for students.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support assemblies, service projects, clubs, and special events that build community.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Keep Operations Running Smoothly</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist with schedules, calendars, duty rosters, and supervision plans.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate operational logistics for school events and activities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Help manage substitute teacher coverage and daily organization.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support assessment logistics and compliance requirements.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support Staff and Families</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Be a first point of contact for routine parent concerns.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist with onboarding and supporting teachers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistent implementation of school policies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Conduct informal classroom walkthroughs and provide feedback as directed by the Secondary Principal.</span></li>\n<li><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Who We're Looking For</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This role is ideal for someone who:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Has a successful classroom teaching degree and experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Is ready to move into educational leadership and management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Has exceptional organizational and communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Enjoys solving problems and supporting others.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Can build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrates initiative, reliability, and a willingness to learn.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Has a strong Christian faith and a desire to serve within a Christ-centered school community.</span></li>\n<li><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Previous administrative experience is an asset but is not required.
