We provide exceptional patient centered care to patients and families facing end of life.</p><p><u><strong>Schedule Available: M-F PRN with evening on call and Weekend Availability Required. Mileage Reimbursement is included at $ .725/mile.</strong></u></p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Pay is based on type of visit and on weekday or weekend or holiday. Pay: $60 - $95/visit on weekday, weekend and/or holiday and type of visit.
