Our team is passionate about creating memorable experiences for all participants, and we are looking for a proactive and skilled leader to manage the operations of our summer camp. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Cyprus – UCLan Cyprus, Pyla,  21st June to 16th August</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a residential position, so full board and accommodation is provided free of charge.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Summary</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Contract Type: Fixed Term Summer Programme – June to August 2026</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Centre Manager role at Bayswater Education has core responsibility for:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attending a senior training course </li>\n<li>Overall responsibility for running the allocated Summer centre</li>\n<li>Set up and close down the centre in accordance with Bayswater guidelines</li>\n<li>Manage the day-to-day centre operations and handle any issues that arise</li>\n<li>Ensure all aspects of the courses operate smoothly</li>\n<li>Financial reporting, accounting and cost control for the centre</li>\n<li>Manage all Bayswater Summer staff that are appointed in their various posts throughout the summer including preparing rotas, recording days off/hours for payroll, etc</li>\n<li>Build strong, collaborative relationships with facility providers (accommodation, catering, classrooms, etc), ensuring that services are delivered in line with our agreement and dealing with any problems which may arise</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The nature of the role requires the candidate to work across all days of the week, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays. The position includes one designated day off per week.
