    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong><u>POSITION SUMMARY</u></strong></p>\n<p>The Buy‑Out Purchasing Manager is responsible for both executing buy‑out purchases and directly managing a team of buyers.
