As a community bank, we believe strong relationships are the foundation of financial success for our employees, our clients, and our community.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We’re seeking a <strong>Chief Information & Technology Officer (CITO)</strong> to provide strategic leadership for the Bank’s enterprise-wide information systems, cybersecurity, and IT operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, this on-site leadership role based in Toledo, IL, partners closely with senior management and the Board of Directors to ensure technology initiatives support regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and the Bank’s long-term vision. The ideal candidate is a proactive, forward-thinking technology leader with strong banking or regulated-industry experience and a deep understanding of cybersecurity and IT governance.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, providing vision and leadership for IT and data security initiatives, policies, procedures, and programs.</li>\n <li>Direct and oversee the Bank’s enterprise-wide information systems, IT operations, and cybersecurity and loss mitigation activities.</li>\n <li>Manage and provide oversight of the third-party Managed Services solutions provider and other vendor relationships, including due diligence and ongoing review of critical and high-risk IT security programs.</li>\n <li>Develop and guide the technical IT architecture strategy in maintaining infrastructure, budgeting and enhancement.</li>\n <li>Research, monitor, and analyze industry trends, emerging technologies, and IT performance to guide innovation and continuous improvement.</li>\n <li>Proactively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization to understand business needs, identify process inefficiencies, and evaluate opportunities to drive operational efficiency.</li>\n <li>Design and implement operational technical solutions for clear business value.</li>\n <li>Develop, maintain, and ensure compliance with information security policies, procedures, audit requirements and standardized access controls to ensure users have appropriate and secure systems permissions.</li>\n <li>Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective technology investments and resource allocation.</li>\n <li>Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning, including regular updates, testing, and communication.</li>\n <li>Lead, mentor, and evaluate IT staff while fostering a culture of learning and innovation.</li>\n <li>Manage IT help desk operations to ensure timely and effective support and resolution.</li>\n <li>Resolve network, system, and technology issues as needed.</li>\n <li>Ownership of project identification, implementation and timely full completion.</li>\n <li>Maintain required records and prepare reports for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.</li>\n <li>Promote FNB products and services, encouraging referrals to investment, insurance, tax, and accounting services.</li>\n <li>Represent FNB at civic and community events to enhance the Bank’s image and support business development.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Five to ten plus years of progressively responsible IT experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred.</li>\n <li>In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity practices, IT risk management, and regulatory compliance; banking or financial services experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to develop, lead and execute IT strategy aligned with business objectives.</li>\n <li>Strong leadership, management, coaching, and team-development skills.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and complex, multi-priority projects with tight deadlines.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Innovative and service-oriented mindset with a focus on customer experience, efficiency, and continuous improvement.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications, internet-based platforms, and related technologies.</li>\n <li>Ability to supervise and manage business equipment, security, and communications systems at branch facilities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>\n<p>First Neighbor Bank is an employee-owned, community-oriented company offering a fun, family-focused atmosphere, great company culture and excellent benefits package including employee discounts, paid vacation and personal time.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Annual salary range of $125-160,000, commensurate with experience.</li>\n <li>Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and annual bonus opportunity. </li>\n <li>401(k) with company match.</li>\n <li>Health, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, Long-and-short term disability, wellness program, FSA, Health Savings Account, and employee assistance program.</li>\n <li>Continuing education reimbursement.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>OMNI Human Resource Solutions is honored to be retained in this search.
