This is a full-time position with benefits.</span></span></p>\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">Major Duties and Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ol>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">Performs repairs and preventive maintenance on buildings and grounds.&nbsp; Assures that all equipment is in proper working order.&nbsp;</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">Represents the parish when dealing with outside vendors and contractors on maintenance, construction and grounds.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">Purchases supplies and equipment from vendors.&nbsp; Ensures the maintenance of&nbsp;an inventory of cleaning, supplies and equipment and reorders as appropriate.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">Oversees cleaning of campus, which is handled by the facilities supervisor with support from a custodial service and volunteers.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">Ensures campus is&nbsp;secure when not in use.&nbsp;</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">Assures the parish grounds are maintained in a clean and safe manner.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">Coordinates set up for special events (e. g. chairs, tables and other event requirements).&nbsp; Assures necessary facilities-related support for programs and special events.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">Available on-call for emergencies.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">Maintains current resources and vendors to respond to emergencies.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">Participates in staff meetings and retreats.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">Performs other duties as may be assigned.</span></span></li>\r\n</ol>\r\n",
