doing?</strong></span>  </p><p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">The Lead Behavioral Health Technician is responsible for assisting BHT Supervisor with the coordination of BHTs on shift and their daily responsibilities, effectively training new BHTs on job duties, audits, assist with coordination of client outings, and act as a BHT when on the floor.</span></p><p></p><p><span on shift paperwork, assist with new employee training, and liaison between BHTs and BHT supervisor.</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">Train new staff on position responsibilities, procedures, and paperwork.</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">Ensure that all incident reports are handled properly by end of shift adhering to
